Active Trainer lets you schedule planned workouts as well as directly log completed workouts to your calendar. Logging a new workout will automatically show it as complete on your calendar.
Steps
(1) On the daily log view of your calendar, click on “Log a completed workout” link
(2) Next, select the workout type you would like to log. Each workout type has a specific structure allowing you to track the most relevant data. Click “Continue” when finished.
(3) Your workout specific template will load, allowing you to track the most relevant information for your sport. Click “Save” when finished.
(4) The workout will appear as complete on your calendar. Our easy color-coded system lets you see with a glance if you are staying on track.
