All training programs purchased through Active Trainer are delivered in their entirety through the Active Trainer Online Log. We do not provide hard copies of any training programs.

On the confirmation page of your purchase, you will see a prominent link to your online calendar in Active Trainer. This calendar is password protected so only you may access it. All data you record in your account is unique to you. Furthermore, because Active Trainer is a hosted calendar, you have access to your training data 24/7 – anywhere you have access to a computer with internet.

Every time you want to access your calendar, simply login at www.ActiveTrainer.com.

As an added convenience, you may select to also have all workouts delivered daily via e-mail.
