Planned Workouts
Planned (or Scheduled) workouts are workouts that you schedule on your calendar to be completed in the future. This feature allows you to map out your training in advance and receive daily email reminders each morning. You can schedule a workout in Active Trainer directly from any of the calendar views: Daily Log, Week and Month. Planned workouts will appear with a blue header on your calendar.
If you do not log scheduled workouts as complete within 48 hours of the planned date, the system will automatically mark them as missed on your calendar. Missed workouts show up with an orange header.

Active Trainer allows you to record completed workout in your calendar. You can both log a planned workout or add an un-planned workout. Active Trainer is built to be flexible and this feature helps you accurately track everything you have accomplished on the way to reaching your goals. Completed workouts will appear with a green header on your calendar.
