You can upgrade your old user account by going to www.active.com/login and entering your old username and password in the Login area. If you successfully log in, you will be prompted to upgrade your account by choosing a display name, making sure your password meets the security requirements, and making sure that your e-mail (which will now become your new username) is unique. After your account has been upgraded, you will be able to login using your NEW e-mail username and password. Your original non-email username will no longer work.
