  • Previously, different Active Network products had separate user accounts; therefore during the upgrade process you are presented with the option to link an existing user account to your upgraded Active Network account. After associating your two accounts you will be able to log in with a single account and access the same products and/or related services that you previously had to log into separately to access.

  • By associating your old account to your Active Network account, you will be able to take advantage of having a single sign on for all integrated parts of the Active Network (look for the Active Network Login logo). Additionally, your merged accounts will source all information in a single place. You may also choose the skip feature and continue using two separate accounts should you prefer this option.
