Managing Your Online Fundraising Campaign

 

 

 

To begin managing your online fundraising campaign, open your "Fundraising" sub-folder in your site admin menu. From your ActiveTeamFundraising admin page, login with your account email address and password. A new window will open and you're ready to manage your magazine fundraiser!

 

 

 

 

Now that you're logged in, here's what you can do (click on any of the images below to enlarge):

 

 

Send Emails

 

Use the email tool to communicate important information about your fundraising campaign to your members, family and friends. The messaging of the different emails varies depending on who you are sending them to and when you are sending them. You can also add your own custom message.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Send New Emails

 

Announce the launch of your fundraising campaign to group members you may have forgotten or to new members that have just joined your group.

 

2. Send Reminder Emails

 

Remind your group members to participate if they have not yet done so.

 

3. Send Personal Notes

 

Keep your members informed by sending personal messages related to your fundraising campaign including progress reports and “Thank You” messages for those that have sent emails and/or purchased magazines.

 

4. Invite Supporters

 

Ask your own friends and family to help support your cause by purchasing their magazine subscriptions online.

 

 

 

 

 

*Remember to use the “eteamz—Get Roster” button to easily import the email addresses of your members and supporters from your existing eteamz roster. This will save you the time of having to manually enter email addresses that you already have saved on your eteamz site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit Your Store

 

Simply modify the desired information on the personalization page and click "Preview" to see what your site will look like. Once you are happy with the changes, click "Save Changes".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

View Campaign Reports

 

You have access to a variety of reports that show you how your campaign is doing. Track how many emails are sent, how many subscriptions are sold and how much profit your group earns. You can see who on your team is contributing the most and can follow your overall team goals.

On this page you will find all of the tools you need to help you manage your online fundraising campaign.

Prizes

 

Use the prizes page to see if any of your team members have won a prize or are on their way to winning a prize for their efforts. You can also find out what prizes are being given away each month. The more magazines your team members sell, the better chance they have at winning a prize.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Support Our Team" Link

 

 

Please note that a "Support Our Team" link wll be automatically turned on for your eteamz site (in the site menu). This link will give your group members and supporters easy access to your online magazine fundraising campaign as well as all of the other fantastic fundraising options. If for any reason you do not want to give your members and supporters access to your fundraising campaigns, you can close this link at any time from the Pages section of the Access folder in your eteamz site admin.
