How do I create a new workout and save it to my workout library?

There are two ways to create a workout that you think you'll be using multiple times and want to save as a template.

 

Option 1: Better choice if you are entering a workout into the athlete's calendar right away:

 

When you add a new workout, assign it a Workout Code (see How do I add a workout to my client's calendar?)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Option 2: Better choice if you want to enter a lot of workouts into your workout library all at once:

 

    1. Click the "Training" Link

    2. Click the "Workouts" tab

    3. Click the "Add New Workout" button

    4. Select the type of workout from the drop-down menu (i.e. running, swimming, cross training, etc.)

    5. Assign a Workout Code (you are the only one who will see this so you can name it anything you want) and an optional Short Description (you are the only person who will see this as well - the point of the description is to remind yourself what your code/saved workout is)

    6. Click the "Next" button
