With your ActiveTrainer PLUS membership, you have access to hundreds of videos for Strength Training exercises. Follow the instructions below in order to view the videos:
(1) Login to your ActiveTrainer account. From the Calendar page, click "Add Workout" (under “Calendar Controls” on the right-hand side)
(2) Select “Strength Training” from the Workout Type drop-down menu and click the “Continue” button.
(3) To view a video of how to perform a particular exercise, select an exercise from the Exercise drop-down menu. (They are organized by body part for convenience).
(4) You may select as many exercises as you wish. To view more than one exercise video, click the “Add Another Exercise” button and select another exercise from the drop-down menu. Repeat the process as many times as you’d like.
(5) Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. All of the strength training exercises you added will display on the daily log as links.
(6) To view the video of each exercise, click on the link and a pop-up box will open showing the video and instructions on how to do each exercise.
