Hi all, after reading all your inspirational words I decided to take the plunge and started week one on 17th Sept. Being a non runner who could not jog for more than a few minutes this is a big challenge. Week one went well but I already have sore shins? Must be my lack of running fitness! Will this go away as I get fitter or will it just get worse?. I have started the excercises suggested to avoid them but is it already too late? Will better shoes help? Just using my old ones but maybe need to invest in something better.Any suggestions from any newbies that have had the same problem would be greatly appreciated!
