i think its good for your age, i am 16 and 5 months and i am 6.3

Right now im 13 and a half and 5'10. I have a 2 ft vertical and still haven't had my growth spurt yet . 5'7 is pretty good if ur just 13. Idk ways that  u can use to increase vertical vertical without damaging ur knees. So I guess just do what everyone else is doing (Jump rope, calf raises, squats, etc..) Except less, and keep adding reps on every 2 weeks or so

Everyone tells me that and they think I am in middle school, I think you are tall all the girls that I know are not that tall and my father tells me that everyone can keep growing untill they are like 20 years old. You could still grow taller or you could stay the same. do you play basketball, if you do i hope you get as tall as you want for your position, Have to go , my teacher gives us 10 minutes to look at a website that our parents ok if we get all homework in for a month and the homework is done right. We use computers in our class once a week.
