I've been going out for my recovery runs this week. THe first 3 mile run after that nightmarishly hot/humid 1/2 was frustrating, but I realized that my legs needed to recover, as did my body; that the temps that day did wreck havoc on the system, even if I did take it a little slower.
Yesterday I ran and went further without needing to take a walk break.
I've also been yawning a LOT since Saturday's race--anyone know if this is related to stress on teh body, etc? Seems like i can't get a good deep breath. hmm.
