Hey guys i wonder if you could help me , i'm 14 years old im a point and shooting guard my game is based on geting space to shoot a jumpshot or using a screen to penetrate and organizing plays when i can, im currently playing in portugal where the basketball quality is average. Since next year im going to be a under 16 i want you guys please to give me some advice on off season workouts to prepare me for the challenges i might encounter , i'm planing to do cardiac resistence such as 40 running , series of jumpshots , and dribbling exercises that help me organize play's and etc.Thank's for helping (if u do )
some jumpshot tips.youshould always take 100 jumpshots aday like me.that is how im good at shooting.also dribble behind your back 10 times a day and your be a better dribbler.
