RUNNING TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

Running is considered to be one of the best exercises both in long and short term basis. It keeps people healthy as well as helps in losing weight.


The first step is not to start running all by you. But the first step contains the fact that is the mental preparation. You have to think what you need to do. Once you finalize your mental preparation, rise to the occasion and go ahead towards the job. The first step is always the hard step but once you follow the path it becomes easy afterwards. Thereafter you will realize your full potential and the desired results.

As the human mind doesn’t know the differences between reality and fantasy, so you need to trust yourself and start the work immediately.

    Exercise is good but eating the right kind and amount of nutrition is critical.  Calorie conersion votes for less calorie intake for weight loss.  Running is good but may be hard on knees and joints.  I opt for bicycle and swimming.

    If you can't run, because of physical limitations, consider walking. Nearly the same medical benefits while posing far less stress on your body.

    Running in-fact is a great exercise.  Obviously it works your legs, but it also is a good core workout and minor workout for your shoulders/upper back (due to repetitive arm motion).  By building up muscle your body burns more calories even while sitting.  It takes more calories to sustain muscle on your body than fat.

    It is important to set goals and limits for oneself. For example, if you try to run way outside of your body's current limitations the first day, that sort of activity may result in injury or a very discouraging level of fatigue. It is important to progress, but take it slow at first, especially if you are new to running. Also, as others have said diet is going to play a key roll in weight loss and should be paired with exercise to gain the healthiest results. Goals are very important. Set reasonable goals, reach them and set another. This will help you stay on track until the diet and exercise becomes just a part of your daily routine and before you know it, they will become integrated as part of your lifestyle.

    I agree with Jr.  Too much exercise, too fast can really set you back.  Start slow and build up as your body begins to adjust to these new demands.

Physical exercises play an important role for proper weight loss. But, itis best to find the right balance between exercise and diet.

    Is that for real?  That post looks more like Spam to me.

     

    IMO, any exercise is good for weight control provided you are not exceeding your daily caloric needs.  Use a calculator to find that number, such as this simple one:
