these drills are very helpful,my 8th grade team use some of these tips to improve skill level I am proud to have these drills,advice, etc. it makes you win , win , win, that's what we do .

well, im over 6 ft. tall and im quick so rebounding and defensive isnt really my issue, doing hard moves like the spin move, and the step back too great separation is, im going for the nba so every little thing will help
I love the tip about how you should start moving and getting in position for a rebound as the shooter is uncoiling and getting ready to shoot. Many players wait to late to act.

This is a good way to practice put back rebounds and grabbing the easy ones in front of the rim. For some reason, I don't see the best offensive rebounding tip up there though. Close to 80 percent of jumpshot rebounds come off the rim on the weak side. The best big men will learn to locate to the opposite side of the rim when the shot goes up... from there, pin your man with your butt underneath the basket and hold your hands up at a 75 degree angle. You will be surprised how many rebounds just fall into your hands. I'm a 6'2" guard and the technique works for me... I wonder what it could do for you 6'8" and above dudes.
