Beginners: How Do You Accelerate Your Training?

Answer: With Accelerate Running! A new running program in SF!

Beginners, we want you! Wednesdays at Kezar Stadium, 6:30-8:00.

Gain Confidence • Learn Running Tips • Do Fun Group Runs! • Achieve Your Personal Running Goals.


WHERE: Kezar Stadium, on the track, middle of the southeast straightaway.

WHEN: Every Wednesday, 6:30-8:00PM

WHY?  Weekly training sessions for the price of a triple  latte = A pretty cool way to get grounded in the fundamentals of  running!

COST: $5/session


Even if you’ve never run before, this group’s supportive environment is a great way to get started.

Sessions include both a structured workout and running/training tips.


Directions: Kezar Stadium track is located at 755 Stanyon Street, San Francisco 94117

Track entrances on the east and west sides, street parking off of Fredrick and Kezar Drive (Lincoln Way).


COACHES: Anna Kurtz and Tomas Palermo have a decade of coaching experience between them and currently coach at local high schools.

Both are lifelong runners and are members of Pamakid Runners racing team.
