Labral Tear Surgery near Boston?

I was just diagnosed with a labral teat in my hip. I was given the name of a surgeon in Boston, Gr Jeffery Van Flandern and was just wondering if anyone has any other names or has seen him! Any info on the surgery and/or recovery time is appreciated. Thanks!
