Hi, is this an offseason or inseason workout?
i luv the workout lineup but a little beat misunderstanding to some,i rely wish if there is a video for proper direction it ll be better.
i'm 15 years old and only 5"10, if i do this workout will it stunt my growth?
This could be more detailed but there are alot of useful drills in this workout so im gonna do the ones i feel will help me improve the most! #19
Im 15 and 6'4 Forward with decent explosiveness but how do i develop muscle?
I want to be the fastest and strongest... I want to be the best I can be. This workout helps but I will invest even more work than what this says to do. I am 14 but I am trying my best to develop a great work ethic.
