Hello all! I am a new runner, and even newer member of the active.com community! I have been running for about 6 months, and did my first 5K a few weekends ago! It was amazing, and I already have a few more lined up! My problem is the distance wall...I am trying to up my game, and get greater distances outside. I have done up to 5 miles on a treadmill at the gym, but can't seem to break through the 3 or 3.5 mile wall when running outside...any training tips to help me get to the next level on my outdoor runs?
