Summer Workout

Hey guys im 14 am i've been working out and preparing myself for my under 16 school (im in europe ) here's one of my workouts , what do you think i could change ?
-15 minute run warm-up
-40-50 Free throws
-Brake
-I normally work on full court dribbling drills such as like leg crossover to one side then sprint to another and shoot it or lay it in ( about 10 times on one side then change to another and do another 10 times)
-20 shots middle range, close range , three's.
-Brake
-One on One.
-40-50 Free throws.

Afternoon:
-20 minute run
-3 series of 20 push-ups , triceps , abdominal, dorsal
-Vertical jump drills.
-Footwork
-Ball handling
I do this 3 times per week , normally on the days i don't workout i go to shoot some free throws.
In your work out you should only take 1 brake in the morning
