Hi from newbie!

Hi! I'm brand new here, first day, so where do I check in to introduce myself? Guess I'll do it here! I live in San Rafael, California, and I have run about a dozen marathons, all of them very slow. I run about 20 miles a week when I'm not training for anything. This looks like a fun and informative site. Any helpful hints for a newbie?

dana :-)
