I am 2 weeks away from finishing the couch to 5k training. I am wanting to continue or add to my running workout. Any suggestions?

If you plan on running a 5K race, you can also find training plans for running a 5K faster. Bridge to 10K (B210K) is a program designed to take you to the 10K milestone. There are plenty of websites that have the training plan, and training apps are available for smartphones, as well. Google it; you'll be sure to find what you're looking for.
