When a person practices yoga regularly, their muscles are much more  flexible.  This leads to less pain when they start exercising more.   Have you ever begun an exercise routine and then stopped because of all  the pain it was causing?  Well, try doing some yoga poses daily.  This  can help your muscles be able to adjust to the increased exercise  activity better.
