Hi! I'm about to finish the C25K this week. I did this program about 4 years ago, and kept running for a few months after. I really liked the program as I don't have a ton of self-motivation so I never run to just run. It was very challenging, but not so much that I couldn't complete. I loved that I was able to run 3+ miles.
I'm worried that once I finish C25K, I'll just stop. I hope to keep running 3 times a week and increase to 3 miles each (I'm running for time now, and on the slow side). Then maybe add in a fourth day?
I'm just not sure what to do. I haven't seen much on the B210K, but it seems like I wouldn't be ready to increase mileage so much. Thanks
There is also a gateway to 8K (GW28K) program that picks up where C25K leaves off. It's a 10 week program that uses intervals starting at 7 minute run intervals and finishing up at wk 10 with running for 50 minutes. You can find the plan on runsource or google gateway to 8K
