@ Charles--I hear you about wanting to zone out and run--maybe someday.....
I am embracing the run/walk Galloway stuff, while still trying to increase my long runs. My biggest fear right now is injury (since I am just coming back...) I want to do a half marathon on October 18, and if I get injured again and have to sit out, there will be no way that I will be able to complete the race. While I would love to be able to run the whole thing, I am perfectly fine with finishing it by running/walking. I have a lot of miles to go between now and then, and it seems the best way to be able to do that injury free will be by combining walking/running.
