I'm on W5D2 of the C25K training. It been giving me the option of doing my intervals based on time or by distance. I've been doing them based on time and have been coming up short on the distance. What is the general feeling about how to proceed? I have the ability to track distance or time (GPS watch). It seems as if the program is looking for 10 mon/mi and I'm not that fast yet. I want to be able to a 5K on 9/11 which is a week after the end of the program. Tips? hints? Suggestions?
