dreaming about running

i had this dream where i was running this 10k race or 5k race i couldn't choose which race i wanted to run. and iwas driving the course and i saw the "non" elites running and i thought they were going to think iwas cheating because i was in the elite group but i wasn't. and all i couldn't think about is if i was going to run the 10k or 5k.
could someone please tell me what thats about.. PLEASE!

You are trying to tell yourself not to go out too fast in your races. For instance, going out at 5K pace for a 10K race. By doing so you are "cheating" yourself from having a good race time.

Hee Hee. Its as good a theory as any out there, without knowing anything about you...

Good luck with your running. I often dream about running, but generally it is something on the order of running in races where my legs feel like cement.

i asked my psychology grad student roommate and his official diagnosis is that you're "just plain nuts." sorry to break it to you.
