Speaking of IPOD's - Favorite Work Out Play Lists

In spite of the controversy brought up about using ipods during a race (which doesn't feel right to me) I am looking for people to offer up their favorite work out music playlists. Maybe it would help to categorize them by running, biking, lifting, etc.
Just can't seem to put together that killer list.....

I put together a running list, a biking list, etc. Everyone's music taste are so different... I picked the songs mostly by beat. My biking song list is slower than the running songs. I ran with the biking songs today and most of them were too slow to run to. If I knew music better and had the time it would fun to put the perfect lists togeter. Good luck.

I don't have a favoite, heck, I have had the same play list on my mp3 player for a year. Anyway, check out http://www.insidetri.com/ There is a button on the bottom left that says "downloads". They will list the favorite playlists of pros. You can actually purchase them too. take care and train hard, spring is just around the corner. -cg
