my favorite move is the hesitation crossover stepback with a jumper or fake the shot and go in for a layup.

On a fast break I drive and do a 360 spin at about the lowest block (like Jeremy Lin did) on either side and finish with either hand.

double crossover then around the back with the left hand and layup
OR drive to the right and hop step into the lane for layup
