hey, whats everyones motivation when all the haters tell you your not good enough, your not big enough, your not fast enough, etc.
My motivation would just be to prove them all wrong
i used hear a lot of it when i was 8.i kept on practicing trying to get better everyday.my motivation is to be better than nba legends and when people say i cant do something i try to prove them wrong.just play your game dont matter what people say.keep on practicing and prove everybody wrong.
Great players are great leaders.Miamiheatboy
Well, with me, my school has a lot of point guards. And they think they're great but they're not. Honestly, if they gave me more of a chance, I'd be in the top 3 or so. I realized this last night. see my dad was always telling me I'm as good as anyone out there but I just couldn't believe him. But last night i played a game with my 2 bros against a couple other kids. I was just like d rose. so my motivation is proving all of those people who say i'm not good enough and the ones that say I suck, just to prove it to them one day.
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."-Michael Jordan
yea, i hear ya'll its just hard too stay positive when everyone wants you too fail you know?
let ur playing do the talking. if u say something to them or behind their back it gives u more pressure to go and back up what u said. the extra pressure generally makes u do worse
My motivation is when the people closest to me like my parents, friends and relatives tell me I wont make it. That makes me work even harder to prove them wrong
yeah man. I hate it when people are trying to see you have to go to reality. even when it's possible.

yea, personally for me when people tell me that my dream isnt realistic that doesnt bother me because basketball players usually dont think like that, or else they wouldnt be trying too make the nba in the first place
I love when people downgrade me, or don't think I'm up to par. It makes me want to work harder, which I do. It's even better when they say you can't shoot, and you work on it, and hit several threes on them and have them coming up to you after the game asking how you got so much better & how can they do that. lol, I laugh at those people haha
Proving them wrong and making it to the NBA is my motivation. Remember that haters say your bad because they know your better than them.
be optimistic enough . just ignore them. my motivation is to beat my friends who are better than me and to surpass my NBA idols
haters just set themselves up for a big upset - u can't exceed a target if nothing was identified. but haters give you a target, a target to beat. so go get them!
I love critisism it makes me feel good. Critisism makes me feel like the greatest player in the game. When i get critisized i just laugh and play like it is th last game of the season, like when i play my life is on line.
