Hello my name is Russ Dobbins, I've been coaching baseball for 8 years, I played for 13 from little league into college. I believe in constructive criticism and positive reinforcement to help players build their confidence, I also believe in teaching techniques that will help players succeed…it is the small things that count.

Our team believes in hard work and training to improve our play. All our training will be done at Rock Creek Sports. Hitting and fielding instruction will be done by the professionals at Rock Creek Sports. We will be using their indoor facility as well as the brand new turf field that is being put in at Ravensdale park right now.
