Weirdest thing said to you while running

I'm just curious and didn't see a topic for this...I was curious what some of the weirdest things have been said to you while running.

One that I can remember right now is when I ran 10 miles in the rain and some girl asked if I wanted to use her umbrella as I was finishing up.

By the way..."Run Forest Run" doesn't count.

One time while I was out running, a car came along and stopped near me. The driver asked me if I wanted a ride. I said "no" that I was fine and smiled. So he said, "well, where are you headed, I can probably get you there faster." When I told him I wasn't really headed anywhere, I was just out for a run, he stared at me in disbelief. He followed behind me slowly for a minute. I would have been scared, but he looked so genuinely concerned for me. It was really strange.

I was out for an early morning run and a fellow walker, stops me and says something in an Asian language.
I say, "What?"
He repeats it.
I say, "I'm sorry I don't understand what you're saying."
Guy, "What you don't speak Chinese?"
Me, "No."
Guy, "Oh, I just thought you spoke Chinese."
Me, "No." Kept running.
Not all Asian people are Chinese

Oh yeah... People in Scotland offering me lifts all the time. That was weird...

And another one:

"You're in third place". Never thought I'd hear that one. (it was a small race).

One of my favorites was when I was running one way and the car was going another way and it honked its horn and waved at me continuously while backing up until I stopped. I went over to see what was up, thinking it was a friend or some emergency and they asked for directions. Seriously...I had already run 6 miles, did I really look like I wanted to give directions at that moment. Of all the people, they picked me.

One time I was out running and was asked by a woman who looked to be having a fair amount of trouble if I could help her get her lawnmower started. So I helped her out and went on my way.

a dog followed me home.
a large pit bull well trained puppy.
I bought it food, couldn't get it into my car..

but it in the fanced in backyard for the evening planning to bring it to the pound in the am and when I woke up 'princess' i names him that... was gone...

"you're almost there" Now, granted, I hate hearing this anywhere befefore the final mile, but in April at the James Joyce Ramble some sadistic kid said this to me 200 yards into a 10k!

That has to be the weirdest, especially considering that the speaker was being totally serious when she yelled these words at me.

This was down at school in Miami. He must have been on vacation or something. Mind you, I'm an out of state student so my direction giving skills in Miami are not that great.

I hope I sent him in the right direction or else he could still be driving around to this day.
