9/3 Runs (or Whatever)

Was I the only one who ran Saturday?  20 miles complete.  I worked on hydrating more, drank mostly water, ate mini-Snickers, took some e-caps.  Still not enough.  Ended up losing 8 - 10 pounds.  My stomach handled it pretty well so I'll just have to work on more next time.

about 7 miles; it had been in the mid 80s by the end of the first of the morning's four high school races and just got hotter, right at 100 in the afternoon

I did about 7 as well.  4 with my wife and then 3.5 with my son.

To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.  (from my ice tea lid)

I did a little different long run on Sat:  18 total they went like this:  2 miles easy 8:45 then 8 @ around marathon pace ave 8:00 at this point we ended at where we were to do a 5K.  We timed it perfectly about 5 mins before start (ate/drank a little before the start) ran the 5K 23:30ish eat a little more then 5 more easy around 8:45.  It was a very good long run, I was sore on Sun!

Len that is a lot of wt to lose!
