Bumpa-dee-bump !
First post here just to say that I DID IT 2 !
Ran it on the treadmill which is really not my personal favorite, but it's what I had access to during lunchtime at work.
It was tough but I blocked all cronometers from my view and just kept thinking: just 5 songs. Felt like I could go some more but heart rate was at 97%, so I decided to stop at the 20 minutes mark.
It's funny how I'm hating the treadmill and running much better (and faster) outside.
Thinking of running this again outside on Saturday and counting it as W6D1. Any thoughts?
