Pre-season practice routine? please help!!!

I begin to play in January so I need some help, i was hoping someone could tell me a good routine i could follow every week that includes work outs for strength, speed, and agility. And please i mean light strength training preferribly no weights! please help..

    The number one thing coaches are gonna look for is how hard you play, you need to go hard on drill everytime.

     

    To train for this you need to run sprints, all though its not fun, you need to do it, it improves your game by a huge amount.

     

    1. Run from baseline to freethrow, back to baseline, to half court, back to baseline, to the opposite free throw line, back to baseline, to the opposite baselin, back to baseline

    Do this 3 or four times and take a water break

    2. shoot 20 Free throw

    3. Sprint and dribble up and down the court twice.

    4. Do step 3 again but spin dribble also

    5. do 50 curl ups ( a strong core is important)

     

    Take a break

     

    Go shoot around and improve your jumpshot
