Hey guys im a 6'4, 200 pound, 10th grader trying out for JV basketball this year. What positiong should i be?
Positives:
Solid Mid range jumpshot
Good at driving to the basket
Post up moves
Pull up jumpers
Fast Break
Rebounding
Blocking
Negatives:
Three pointer is a littl off
Passing
Stealing
On ball defense could use some improvement but is okay
What do you guys think?
i am 5'7 117lbs i play small forward.i am in 7th grade i am my varsity team.i think you are a powerforward
Great players are great leaders.Miamiheatboy
um idk man...ive been thinkin and it depends on the height of tha other players..but maybe sg..f..or pf....probably forward tho...
~if u wanna be a somebody in basketball, u gotta work hard~
at pf you'd be like dirk but you could be an sf too
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."-Michael Jordan
You should be a SF or PF depending on the height and skills of other players.
Im one of the tallest in the gym soo. i think PF is good
I keep seeing PF and SF. Yes, that's good... but if your tallest why not Center?
you should be a SF because if you think about it most SF can do everything you just named and they usually dont shoot 3pointers well
Im 5'5 and start at shooting guard for my seventh grade varsity...........i say u should play both forward spots
