I ran the Chicago Marathon this past weekend and was wondering a couple of things after noticing that after I ate bananas I felt more energy in my legs.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being very important, how important is potassium intake and how do I measure this based on my body type?
Does body type even matter with potassium?
Any suggestions on loading up on potassium in addition to Bananas?
