Ran 5  miles today.  Legs are feeling better though not 100%.  Even so the run went pretty well, just stopped to pick up a couple golf balls along the way.

    So my hamstrings still aren't where they should be. I'm thinking about picking up one of those foam rollers this weekend and trying it out in my stretching routine.

     

    No running yesterday or today: I'll be back on the trails Saturday.

    Dave, they work very well!  It's worth the investment.

     

    Just core and upper body.
