    This is a great product that helped me out. All thru highschool i was able to touch the rim. Get my fingers on it. But no matter how hard i tried or how much i worked out i couldnt ever get high enough to dunk. And i can palm a ball easy. then a few weeks ago my friend told me about a program he saw online and i figured i try it out. 3 weeks after trying it out im able to dunk a ball at will. feels pretty awesome to be a 6`0" white boy and dunk on guys that are easily 6 inches taller than me.
