    Top Prospects - Open to all 2012 - 2013 Graduates?

     

    So, is it for Top Prospects or to anyone who wants to cough up the money!!!

    Actually, Lou, it's for 2012 to 2015 graduates.  Gotta showcase those high school freshmen now!

     

    Frankly, I find it hard to believe coaches from schools like Coastal and Kentucky are going to trek up to Wisconsin in the middle of January for a two-day camp.

    One thing any recruit should check against any showcase schedule is NCAA blackout periods. I know kids who attended showcases during periods coaches were not allowed to attend by NCAA rules. If the showcase is labeled a clinic the rules change. Always get a list of last year's attending programs before signing up. Be careful the list provided is a list of what programs participate, not just those they invited. I can invite Babe Ruth to my house. I doubt he will show. The best site for college recruitment is hsbaseballweb.com.
