Abbey Villa Soccer at Metro West Sportscenter (Skills Sessions)

Have you ever seen a player who has "sticky feet"? The ball seems to be tehtered to their feet as they move up and down the field.  They can change direction on a dime, and reverse direction instantly.  HOw do players develop that skill?  There are two answers, TECHNIQUE and TRAINING.  This clinic will teach the technique and give you the drills to make training productive.  What you will learn are the following:


Close Contact Ball Control


How to Dribble at Speed,




How to integrate your new ball skills into a game


CLASSES RUN for 7 Weeks (December 2, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th)(January 6th and 13th) (January 20th Make Up Class)


Skills Sessions (Ages 8 - 10) - 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm


Skills Session (Ages 11 - 12) - 7:45 pm - 8:30 pm
