Camp Havoc is coming to Sandlot Sports!
You’ve asked for it, and we’ve been listening. Sandlot Sports is happy to announce its newest partnership with Camp Havoc! On Saturday, November 19th, Camp Havoc will be offering a FREE boot camp for anyone who wants to kick-off the holiday season right! Come and receive a full body workout that will destroy calories and put you on the path to becoming leaner, stronger, and healthier! If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, come on out and experience Camp Havoc first hand… you’ll be glad you did!!
Boot camp is for anyone 18 yrs or older. The workouts will be scalable to meet everyone’s fitness needs. Comfortable workout clothes and running or cross training shoes are recommended. Bring a towel or mat, dumbbells (3 – 5 lbs for women & 5 – 10 lbs for men), at least 24oz of water, and a winning attitude!
Owner, Brian Cain, will be available to talk about the program and will open registration for formal classes that will begin on Monday, December 5th. We look forward to helping you begin your journey to a stronger, healthier, and leaner YOU!!

Camp Havoc provides high intensity, full body, calorie destroying, sweat inducing workouts. Each and every workout is scalable to everyone’s ability. We work to ensure that everyone executes proper technique and receives the most out of each workout. The workouts are challenging and intense, but not impossible. All fitness levels are welcome!
About Sandlot Sports
Locally owned Sandlot Sports (The Sandlot) is Northwest Houston’s premier baseball & softball training and practice center. Located 3 miles from the Houston Premium Outlets in Fairfield and 2 miles off Hwy 290 on Mueschke Rd. in Cypress, Texas, The Sandlot is a climate controlled, 17,000 sq ft. facility containing 9 indoor pitching and batting tunnels where individuals and teams will hold practices and personal workouts. Behind the Sandlot’s main building resides 2 baseball infields and 1 softball infield that teams or individuals can utilize for infield drills.
