If you want to do your Little League Umpire Registry on line, note that you will get hit with an additional "Active.com" service charge.
But I really want to point out that as you scroll through the web site, there are at least two places that link you to the Umpire Registry. The FIRST one takes you to 2012. But the one at the bottom of the screen takes you to "Umpire Registry is Closed". Upon further review, you will note that one is for 2011. So pick the right one.
