We have an 82, 000 Square foot Training Facility. We offer speed and agility, strength training for baseball, football and basketball players, basketball practice area, baseball practice area, indoor soccer practice area, 13 batting cages, cheerleading practice area, 10,000 square foot weight room

This is our 3rd year in this facility and we have been training athletes for the last 15 years (boys and girls ages 5 and up are welcome)
