Description:Spring Stampede '01 and '97 are proud to present the WINTER BLAST Softball Tournament. We are aiming to host yet another great fastpitch softball event. This is the place to be!!! Pool games will begin on Friday, but we'll try our best to accommodate any requests. Don't wait, as this event is sure to fill-up.Age Groups: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U/16U.

Division: Open

Game Guarantee: 4 (2 Pool, 2 Bracket - Double Elimination, NO IF Game) (RR format, if 5 or less teams)

More Info:

• ASA Rules except teams can bat the line-up and free substitutions.
• 8U will follow GHYSA Pixie Rules, without an overthrow rule & 6 runs per half inning.
• Umpires will be PAP - $30/team per game ($15 for 8U)
• Bracket Games will be 70 minutes, finish the inning. Progressive ITB to be used in case of ties. (Pool Games will be 55 minutes, finish the batter)
• Each team will provide an ASA approved game ball (AD Starr #5 for 6U & 8U).
• Each team will provide a game ball and teams will flip for home/ visitor before the clock begins.
• UIC or designee will provide immediate response to protests (no judgment call protests)

We always have a fully stocked concession stand, but coolers are welcome.

Team Awards - 1st - 3rd, Individual Awards - 1st & 2nd (6 team minimum).

Our softball fields and complex are well maintained and located very close to the historic Old Town Spring. Also, our concession stand is always well stocked and reasonably priced.
This event is sure to fill-up fast!!!!
