Honestly it depends on the run.  If I'm doing a short run, I like a good upbeat, fast temp song.  Since I do a lot more long distance running I tend to like a wide variety of music to keep me going. 

Patience by Guns and Roses - for challenging aspects of a run (it reminds me to keep it slow and steady when pushing through a tough hill)

I Am the Highway by Audioslave - keeps me focused when pushing myself to a new distance

More Human than Human by Rob Zombie - gets my blood pumping and my energy up

I listen to such an eclectic range of music, but these are some of the songs I always include in my running list.
