3rd time using the program

This is the 3rd time using the Beginning Half Marathon training program. It was great for my first one, but with the 3rd, I didn't feel it was challenging enough. I did review the intermediate training program, but felt that it was too challenging.  There doesn't seem to be a program in the middle. I would like a program that increases speed by just 3-5 minutes and helps train for hills.
