I love cereal. I eat it for any meal and often in a huge bowl. I think this is probably my weight loss achilles heal.

Granola, Life, Cherrios, Peanut Butter Bumpers - even my kid's Clifford Crunch (the Big Red Dog..). There aren't many cold cereals I don't enjoy. I have on occasion eaten a whole box in a day. I cannot stop at one bowl or one serving size. Yes, I am a cereal addict.
I am wanting to start a cereal support group. 
If you want to join me please post your story and update periodically. My goal is at least 2 weeks without cold cereal. Oats, bran, cream of wheat are allowed and are better for you than cold cereal. From that point I will see how I feel and if I have lost any weight. Obviously I will need to replace these carbs with some "better" carbs. If it goes well I will shoot for another two weeks and see how I do.
I am starting to cold sweat already....------------------
