Calories are what matter (PodCast to stoke fire)

I heard an interesting PodCast while running Sunday re: Fat.
You can llisten hear: Audio[/URL" target="_blank">.
If you have iTunes, you can grab the podcast version under the Leonard Lopate show, Please Explain

A lot of this I am sure you already know but I have read so much about whether it is what you eat or whether is all about calories.

During this interview a couple of excellent researchers who study fat repeatedly say it is all about calories. Thought this may interest many of you.

Yes, at the end of the day weight-loss is about calories in versus calories out.

However, certain types of foods can impact your ability to control your calorie intake.

There are also other dietary goals besides weight-loss.
