Magnesium

Anyone have snack ideas that have about 300+mg of magnesium?
I've read that magnesium before bed will help you sleep. The only thing I found in the house was shredded wheat, so I've been eating a bowl before bed and it seems to help. But some other snacks would be nice.

Most foods in regular sized servings only contain a small amount of magnesium, unless of course they are foritfied. Nuts are a good source, but you'd have to eat a lot of nuts to get over 300 mg of magnesium.

If you are wanting that much at one time, why not take a supplemet?

Try walnuts. They're a natural source of melatonin which make you go to sleep.
