I'm not really coming off the couch per say. I've been working out six days a week consistently since May, but I've never run before. I just started P90X2, so right now I only have two days a week to run. I wasn't able to find a C25K that only trained two days a week, so I'm making up my own schedule.
I ran two days this week. I am able to do walk/run intervals for 35 minutes, which is like 3.1 miles. I rest at a 4.0 mile an hour pace and I run at a 6.0 mile an hour pace. My longest interval at this point is only 2.5 minutes with 1.5 minutes of rest between intervals. I just plan to extend my run intervals as I feel stronger.
I don't really have a set plan, so this will be interesting.
